My new car buying was a complete nightmare until I went to C. Harper Honda and met Rudy...he not only made my buying experience a pleasant one but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous...he far surpassed the so called "deals" the other 4 Honda dealers were giving me... Brandon and Tobie were also a class act in handling my paperwork...here is a big shoutout to C. Harper Honda and their #1 salesman Rudy...keep up the good work... would highly recommend this dealership...dont forget to ask for Rudy....a happy new CR-V Honda Touring owner....
This is kind of long... because I'm going to make a few points that are IMPORTANT but which really have NOTHING to do with the repair itself. First a bit of background: I bought a USED car from C. Harper Honda. I just took it in last week for a NO-CHARGE checkup, a courtesy that was part of the original purchase. FIRST note that I arrived 1/2 hour before the service shop opened. I parked near the service bays entrance. A mechanic was there preparing for his workday and he greeted me and said that the service advisor was right thru the service bays thru that door. I was invited to take that shortcut thru the service bays because there were no cars being worked-on at that time. I bring this up because I want to make the IMPORTANT POINT that the service area was immaculately clean and organized. ALL of the exhaust hose connections at each lift were off the floor and "capped". The floor showed NO signs of oil, dirt or whatever- You know the old saying- "I could have eaten off the floor" and I am not exaggerating... much. I WAS IMPRESSED because I personally believe that such care in the condition of the workplace is highly likely to spill over to care for tools, procedures and customers cars. As I went thru that door and into the area where the service advisor's counter was, I passed a coffee station with fresh coffee brewing and a tray of delicious-looking variety of donuts. Whew! I didn't partake [my wife was waiting...] but the area was again clean and fresh- just like my wife's kitchen counter at home! Not even a hint of spilled sugar, coffee, cream or whatever- ATTENTION TO DETAIL! In less than 2 minutes I was on my way- my wife was waiting for me- and we went shopping. I got a call on my cellphone a few hours later [I had told them that there was "no rush" as I was NOT waiting...] that the car was ready. My wife dropped me back off at the service area and I went back up to the service advisor's counter- I was handed my keys and given a hearty "Thank You" and was told that my car was ready and waiting near the front door. I thanked the advisor for the good experience and went to retrieve my car. WHOA! The car had been appropriately serviced as per the "deal" but MORE- there it sat waiting for me: It's tires were BLACK like new; the wheels shined like new; the car had been more than just "washed"- it literally "sparkled" as if it had been polished. And I KNOW that there was a scratch on the hood- it was GONE. I opened the door and the interior smelled "new". They had vacuumed the floors such that there wasn't a spec of the usual car floor debris. The DASH had been wiped down. There was no "dust" on the steering column, console or anywhere. Even the steering wheel was wiped clean. The windshield was SPOTLESS. IT WAS LIKE A CAR THAT HAD JUST BEEN PREPPED FOR THE SALES FLOOR! SOMEONE had REALLY, REALLY "detailed" the car while it was there for this FREE service call. Hey! WHAT MORE could you ask for??? I COULDN'T BE MORE IMPRESSED with their courtesy, thoroughness, attention to detail and promptness. It's not generally "pleasant" to have to have your car serviced, but in this case it actually WAS! I decided right then and there, that C. Harper will certainly be my first-stop destination when the time comes for my next car.
We absolutely love everything about C Harper. Chuck Calcek has been our guy for many years. We have purchased many Hondas. Our recent purchase was easy and we were treated very well by all departments.

I had a great salesperson who gave me the best deal of the 5 Honda dealers that I visited. He spent a lot of time with me going over all the technology on the car and setting up everything just the way I wanted it. I will recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car.
