Great customer service! Took an 18 month old broken lawn mower in to be serviced , turns out it was under replacement warranty and that model was no longer made so we got a complete refund! Put that refund right back into a new mower! Very happy!
Not only are the sales associates terrible, the delivery and customer service are a joke. Ordered a fireplace that should have been in two weeks ago. Last week, they built a completely different model, and said that it was what we ordered, when the one they built was 50 bucks cheaper. Now, it should have been delivered today, but no one even called to tell us that the fireplace wasn't even in.
Very helpful today with my purchase although I had a long wait getting someone to help me load my truck. Other days I've been there recently weren't as good because the people working in their departments have no clue about what they're selling....employees need to be more informed!
I've been in construction my whole life so I've been to a lot of home improvement stores. This is the best home improvement store I've ever been to and I've been coming here for five plus years and never had a bad experience. Management and customer service is top notch. Sometimes I come in the morning and they gather all the employees to have a standing meeting and go over the daily goals, I was impressed by that and I think it shows excellent leadership. The main departments I have dealt with is management, lumber, customer service, plumbing and painting. Those departments are just top notch excellent. The ability to retain such high quality employees with excellent customer service skills is impressive. The employees really make this store shine !
Associates ignore your requests, say they will be back to you, but instead are having social hour with each other. If you ask if parts are in stock, they will deny that they have it, but after 10 or 15 minutes of digging, you will end up finding what you were looking for.
All they tell you is "I don't know"
They had what I wanted. A 30 gallon hot water tank. But as usual there was nobody to help load on cart or truck. Typical of most Lowe's. Just saying.
