A rare 5 stars. I came through town and decided to stay here. My room was very clean and properly stocked. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and clear when explaining the amenities. Great rate for a king room. Plenty to do if traveling with family as they have a place to rent games and dvds. On site 24hr vending, non smoking but with smoking areas. Wifi, kitchenette, and very close to dining and shopping.
BEAUTIFUL hotel! Great staff! Located in Belle Vernon, where there are many restaurants, shops, a gas station, and a Walmart. Convenient location and incredibly friendly staff members! The hotel is very clean and even the guests are friendly.
Excellent pet friendly hotel!! Super clean rooms and has everything you could ask for in a hotel. However they did lose a star when I extended my stay and had to repay the 75 dollar pet deposit... correction was just informed about the pet deposit policy and I was mistaken on how it all worked there for i have no choice but to give em the 5 star rating!!! Great hotel and an even greater staff!!!
At first we thought this was a great hotel, nice, new, clean.My husband and I had booked 2 rooms for our children and us. But once we got into our room, the kitchen faucet fell off in my hand, simple fix of just tightening the faucet, but not what you would expect from a new hotel. We were heading home from vacation and thought we would take advantage of the free laundry, which was a mistake. Washing machines did great, however when I was removing my clothes from the dryer, several of the shirts had snags and holes in them. After looking closer at the back of the dryer, there was a sharp piece of metal sticking out, which the clothes had been getting caught on. I informed the night clerk, and he said he would tell the manager and said he didn't know how they they would be able to fix it. I also asked if he could post a sign so this didn't happen to anyone else.
The room was booked for us by someone else so we didn't know what to expect. The room was very clean, and very nice. We only stayed one night so didn't get a chance to use the in-room amenities like the stove, fridge, and microwave. O also used the guest workout room. While small, it was perfectly suited to my needs.
In the morning while checking out, I checked in the laundry room and noticed nothing had been posted on the machine. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and she said another guest had brought it to their attention earlier the day before and they had found a pocket knife in the dryer. Extremely disappointed the manager and staff couldn't post a sign to say the dryer was out of order. Even laundromats tell you when something is wrong with the machines and I have never spent over 200 dollars at a laundromat! Had a simple sign had been posted when this was brought to the hotels attention, an entire load of my laundry would not have been ruined and I would have been adding a positive review right now because everything else was nice.
