Terrible if I could take away stars I would girls don't care are nasty food is rushed or super late. No kind of customer service
Pulled in as both employees were coming out to smoke. The younger one looked very mad and stormed back in. She was rude and short with us. We wanted to use the DDperks for hot chocolate and she told us the machine was down. Then she stated the coupon was useless anyway. She was making comments about the drive-through customers. We won’t be back to this Dunkin Donuts!!!!!!!!!
The young girls are rude and take the blame out on you that they are working at Dunkin’ Donuts and that they are unhappy with their lives. They ruin it for me but like the coffee is good so I’m obvi still coming everyday. But if you guys are reading this change your attitudes because life is short and you’re gonna die one day. So spend your little time on this earth being happy and NICE TO CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
They forgot to add the espresso in my caramel macchiato on three different occasions. I usually stop and get two on Sundays. That is roughly 30.00. I can see a simple mistake but this is ridiculous. Avoid this place at all cost because this dunkin donuts clearly has no management.
This dunkin makes really good iced coffee, better than most in the area
