Great prices
The sales associate offered me a free subscription to 3 magazines with my purchase. I was presented with a screen afterwards accepting that my card (which I used to make my purchase) would be sent to this magazine company to bill me after three months. I questioned this and said that I was no longer interested. The associate told me it was too late and that she would personally cancel this in 48 hours. A month later I began receiving subscriptions and had to spend almost 45 minutes trying to cancel. This was after not being able to reach anyone at the store for 20 minutes because the only published number was ringing to a fax. I called to speak with the manager afterwards and was advised he would call me back, which he didn't. This was false advertising.
**Update**. Received a call back from the assistant manager the next day. The call started with apologies and ended with a bunch of questions. I received a call and then handed nothing but excuses. Ridiculous. Poor business practice.
I like this store though it's hard to decide where it falls. It's not quite a Macy's but is it higher than a Kohl's? I'm not sure. They carry all name brand cosmetics and perfume/cologne and some name brand clothing. They also have a private line of clothing. This particular store has plenty of parking. It's on the small side. Actually for a department store it's quite small but serviceable. Good selection of items.
Huge selection of clothing. Prices are a bit high however with their sales and coupons it's not so bad.
Close to my house it's like a little mini mall I get all my clothes there love it there
