We shop Walmart super centers a lot. Only issue I have is that they keep moving products around which makes it seem like they are no longer available, when in actuality they just moved it either to an end case of to a different department. You should not have to go on a scavenger hunt to buy products you buy there often and many times it's their own Equate brand or Great Value brand products and not name brand items. Makes no sense at all.
I can't blame this Walmart so hard though. This area surrounding Walmart is chalk filled with drug heads, ignorant people, welfare bums, and thieves. So, I truly can't blame this Walmart. The people that work here are subpar at best for customer service - but again, with the surrounding area being so... Well, fill in the blanks.
HORRIBLE!! Took over 20 minutes to check out, the cashier was ridiculous I almost had to just leave my things and go... So much for stopping in real fast before work..I was 2nd in line the girl in front of me was having major problems remembering her pin number took FOREVER then after even calling somebody while holding the line up to get it she apparently tried to many times so the cashier told her u did it more than 3 times I don't know what to tell you.. So she just stood there I looked at her asked simply if it was going to be a while thinking she would have to return everything the cashier looks at me and says YES ITS GOING TO BE AWHILE so after I put my stuff in the cart had to go to the back of another long line she tells the woman to go to the service desk and took the people who came after me!!! Why in the hell would she of told me it was going to be awhile?? She was taking people before I got into a new line I would of not of got out of her line if she was just sending her to the service desk to return her things If she wouldn't of straight looked at me and said it was going to be awhile, made me late to work etc. Cashier had no concern as usual very few of them in Belle Vernon should be out front
Never enough open lanes to check out. People bumping into people. Never find help from associates who work here. And self check out has been broken for almost a week. Cashier's treat you like your in your bothering them
This Walmart has the least deals possible as compared to the one in Moon Township - the one in Moon has lots of quality clearance items, food, home goods, etc. This one in Belle Vernon has barely any. Not to mention the cashiers give attitude when you want to price match with their website, as if it's the biggest inconvenience to them.
Very poor management and no regard for the customers who pay their salaries. I doubt I will return. There are a lot of stores who value the customers. This Washington Wal Mart is not one of them.
All in all, it's exactly what you'd expect a Walmart to be like. Some are just nicer than others, I guess. The surrounding areas dictate the quality. With that being said, it's the only affordable place anymore besides the internet.
At one point there were 3 cashiers and only one side of the self checkouts was utilized. People were standing in lines with full carts. You would think 2 days before Christmas management would have more sense.
They installed all new self checkouts, and they suck! Barely work, half assed slapped together, and compared to Moon Township's, this one is the slums.
